Prison Titans Consulting

A new podcast from Prison Titans Consulting

For the Record

A new podcast from Prison Titans Consulting, hosted by founder Tamar Lee — the conversations behind the work, out loud.

Tamar Lee challenged her conviction, went to trial, and was acquitted by a jury after nearly everyone told her to plead. For the Record is where the conversations behind that work happen out loud.

Why a podcast

Some things are easier to say out loud than to write in a filing.

For the Record is where the truth about America’s criminal justice system finally gets its say, and where no question is off limits. Is justice truly blind? Why do sentences change with the color of a defendant’s skin? Why does this country pour more into prison cells than into classrooms, and what would it take to reach our young people before the system ever does? Tamar Lee asks the tough questions and brings the statistics to back up the answers.

Each episode, she sits down with people who have lived it, from those who survived the system firsthand to the advocates, families, and experts confronting its impact on our communities. Together, they put a human face on the millions of Americans behind bars and pull back the curtain on an industry that profits from their imprisonment.

This show is meant to provoke, challenge, and move you to act. Every conversation ends with a clear path forward: how you can get involved, speak up, and be part of the change. Come to be informed. Leave inspired. Walk away empowered. Lean in, because the story being told might be yours.

The first episodes are being put together now and arrive in 2027. Leave your email below and you will hear about them before anyone else does.

Justice favors the prepared.
